Hello
My name is Amanda Lindsay. I am a broker in Muncie, Indiana and the owner of Magic City Property Management. I am a Muncie native, graduating from Ball State University in 2005. I have lived, worked, and worshipped in Muncie nearly my entire life. When I began to put down roots, I knew that Muncie would be the place for me and my family.
My Story
I've been in property management for several years and manage roughly 70 properties. During Covid, my previous job downsized our department and that basically left me looking for something new. Someone connected me to MLB Properties of Delaware County and I've been there ever since. When the owner retired, I knew I had found my calling and settled in with my own business. It's important to me find the best match for tenants and owners so houses can turn into homes.
As an owner of a rental property, I understand that finding the right tenant at the right price is important. It's important to keep costs low and find tenants that will treat your house like home.
As a previous tenant, I understand that you want a house to be your home, likely for long term. The property needs to fit in your budget so you can be comfortable.
